

Planning Sessions are my way of helping you step into the fourth trimester with a clear, gentle plan instead of crossed fingers and late-night googling. During this personalized postpartum planning session, I sit down with you (and your partner, if you'd like) to map out what life after birth can actually look and feel like in your real home, with your real rhythms and responsibilities.
Together, we talk through your physical and emotional recovery, what kind of support you'll need in those first weeks, and how to set up simple systems so you're not making every decision on the fly while exhausted. I'll help you think through newborn rhythms-feeding, sleep, soothing-and what's realistic in the early days, so you can release some of the pressure to "get it right" immediately.
We'll walk room by room to consider home and household setup: Where will nighttime feeds happen? What needs to be within arm's reach? How can you simplify meals, laundry, and daily chores so you can focus on healing and bonding? If you're returning to work, we'll gently explore childcare plans, pumping or feeding logistics, and emotional readiness so that transition feels less abrupt and more supported.
After our session, you'll receive a written recap with clear notes and next steps-not a generic checklist, but a practical guide based on your values, recovery needs, and support network. My goal is for you to leave feeling less overwhelmed and more prepared, knowing you have a roadmap and someone in your corner as you move into postpartum.
